Bra Series: Deb Bates Of Meme’s Foundations

Hello! My name is Debra Bates and I should be your undergarment fitter! For the past 10 years, I have been fitting women with the right undergarments for their body type.  We always start with the bra.  The bra is your first foundation piece because it puts your upper body in alignment.  It is a process, not just a measurement.  The measurement is the starting place and just the numbers.  The body of course has many variables, this is the reason why you might measure one size and fit into another.  Style and material also play a big part in the right fit.

I recommend that you get fitted at least once a year, when there is a change in weight, or for medical reasons.  The size and style of your bra is very important to the way your clothes fit and look from the outside.

Over the next few weeks, I will take you on a bra journey.  I will educate you on proper fit, size, care, and style.  We will discuss special occasion bras, and I will also give recommendations on how many bras you should have.  I know many women believe that they can do this on their own but I hope that you decide to follow the journey with me, it will surely benefit you!
